• Are you genuine manufacturer or trading company?

  We are direct manufacturer with 19 years of specialized experience. We have two production bases, located respectively in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province and Dongguan City, Guangdong Province..

• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  For standard products, our MOQ typically starts from 50 rolls or 100 rolls. For custom products, the MOQ depends on the complexity of the customization. We understand new clients may need trial orders; please contact us directly, and we will strive to offer a flexible solution.

• What about the lead time?

  Sampling time approx 3-5 days.

  For the mass production time of standard products, shipment is typically arranged within 15-20 days after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. For custom orders, it generally takes 20-30 days, depending on the customization complexity and order quantity. We create a detailed production schedule for each order and provide follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.

• Can you provide samples? Are samples free?

  We are glad to provide samples for quality verification. We have a comprehensive sample library ,we can dispatch standard samples quickly for free; however, the international courier cost is to be covered by the customer. Custom samples may incur a charge based on complexity, which can be deducted from your future formal order.

• What about payment method?

  We accept TT /DP/ LC / Alipay/wechatpay

• What informations do you need if I want to get a quotation?

  Size of products. 2.Material /Quantities. 3.Package.(Additional charges will be charged if additional packing is required). 4.Please send us some pictures if possible so that we can do best as your request.
